The Vices and the Versas (Misconception)

We left this place to speak of accountability
While we were outside, climbing to escape
Running rounds in trees and hiding places
A circle in us enclosed, came closer

But has life accidentally misconceived you?
Since you were left behind, so dearly abandoned
Maybe you're hurt after all, just a little damaged
But why call us the antagonist and expect?

Please don't be down, as I've never made a mountain
You ask us to say a prayer, we'll say several more
How could we all be meditating on a hearted hill
When freedom needed us to roll down?

There is a fault line, and we are not to blame
There is a fall behind, and you were never asleep
With the last words of this verse, stanza, call it a wish
Showing love is not providing pity, simply to be honest

1 two cents' worth:
