A Shoulder to Lean On

The curse is screamed at one's teary eyes
No remorse, no regret but soon you will see
That the joke is still on you and your highs
You will learn
You will learn

Live the pretender, I'll play the pretended
But in this story, you can't outrun yourself
Though chaos is a moment on strings suspended
You will live
You will live

But in all story's ends, I've learnt to live
To believe as eyes to the air and oxygen
We will gain only as much faith as we give
So we will stand
We will stand

You are never alone, dear fallen aparts
Though your pieces lie crumbled to dust and dirt
Your head, and my shoulder will never depart
Lean on me
Lean on Him
