Time ran out and flashed a warning
All my motivation is wearing thin
All we were was dusted gold
Sparkling not, but worth every second
Throw your diamonds to the sands
And sacrifice your conversations
All we are is sparse, moving to broad roads
You want to go your way, I can't follow
Sacrificial love tells me to put myself under your head
But it never meant to let friendships turn to shipwrecks
To never let go of what totality we had
But look at what we've done now
With scissors and glue and paper on the ground
Letters to the hearts in our beating bodies
Lay down, misfitted and misplaced
All the letters we have are just question marks now
