New Islands

Off into the faces not seen before
But still beautiful in its pictures
Lovable for sand and scenery and ocean
All of this creation I will soon embrace

I will see you for who you are
Behind every beach and reflection is unknown
Masks be taken off after I touch your grounds
Don't let the dirt tell me lies I've never heard

Yawn all I can, this will be longest drive in evers
As night drives along with the ever gloomy moon
And the sun pours out over the land and sea
Time will pass in this small motion of ours

My eyes are tired, but will rest on your sights soon
My body is aching, but will find peace in your home
We're not the same, not yet in love
But I think you have something that I don't know yet

So as hour passes each hour, as time will overlaps itself
Then I will cease to exist in materialism
Modernists meet the worst nightmare but only cure
This will maybe be the place I wake up
