What You Call It

Who would've thought
This would become so emotional
So quickly like now
And how I can't chase you

I kicked the empty box of cigarettes
Someone who dismisses smoke
From their lips is at some time grey
But you might become monotonous

Kisses never can be so immature
It's not to say who you are
But it's to question what you want
And why you call it love

You tell me "don't worry"
I'll stay and shake my bones
This will never remain the same
This won't stay inside of me

2 two cents' worth:

wow simon this was so powerful

this one i can tangibly feel it... it's just. wow. i don't even have the right- i just- i'm using too much "i-language"

can this become a song? something that is memorizable and can sing in the shower? wow i- it's just- wow.

i feel so UNalienated. i feel so connected. there's SO MUCH TENSION HOLY MOLY in this and then you end off with "i'll stay & shake my bones...this won't stay inside of me" it's like a whooshing sound when you fly, it's like liberation! WOW!

this makes me cry.

(i'm a bit tired/emotional/peaceful right now because of things going on, but... even if i was 'normal' or whatever (WHATEVER!) this would still be one of your best works for me)
