Open Doors Prevail

Your fake phone calls has scared us distilled
But it took me to silence
How could you stop and let his hand spill
When the real ones are by us?

So I wrote you this note asking for you
To hear my words, as they remain few
Not so lyrical, but let it be honest
As deception creeps, creeps up on us

And honesty may prevail in the silent place
As indifference, freedom reigns
Similarity in whom we place faith
As we speak of joy and bane

But to those around us, why must you scream?
And take us away from our very seam
Just sit still and quiet, and hear for the voices
That cry down on us, to make different choices
